ORDERING USING DIGI WAITER

Digi-Waiter Tablet is application for waiters which replaces the classic old paper pads to note the orders down. The application will have the menu in built in it which will help the waiter to just select the food item instead of noting it down wholly. With this application waiter will be be able to monitor every table in the restaurant through three phases of order: order taken, order delivered and order paid.

ORDERING USING QR CODE

DIGI KOT

Feeling it difficult and time consuming to communicate from kitchen to the table ? Facing problems regarding mix up of orders ? Don’t worry, JCSBS has got you covered. With the Digi –KOT, a touch screen display, put up at the kitchen which receives orders directly from the digi waiter, the problem is slved. Digi – KOT can be a regular PC or a tablet.
When Digi waiter takes down the order, it is automatically displayed on KOT. It shows the order and the table from which the order has been placed. Once the order is ready , it is notified on the Digi waiter to be picked up from kitchen and served on table. This reduces chaos and allows quick service.
